At MeatCute, we take pride in delivering premium steak dinners for you to cook at home. Because our products are perishable, we have a strict refund and return policy to ensure food safety and quality.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Quality Concerns: If you’re unsatisfied with your meal for any reason, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any food items.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be modified or canceled up until 10 hours before shipping. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
